Our philosophy is pretty simple…

3. Price our items at a reasonable and fair price so our clients and customers can enjoy them and not have a hole in their pocket.
4. Communicate with the buyers so they know what is going on!

We work to be a good quality business and we totally love what we do. It is a fun job to work with rocks & crystals and to make things that people love and enjoy. It makes us feel happy as pie to be able to share our talents with others! We really enjoy talking to others, so if there is something you see but would like a little different, contact us and ask! I get a lot of inspiration from talking with people and sharing my knowledge with them.

Payment:
We prefer PayPal for purchases, simply because it is safe for you, the buyer, and it is quick for us to get the item out to you. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is simple to set up and totally safe since you don’t have to give your credit or debit card out to anyone but PayPal. Check out their website if you don’t have one. We have been using PayPal for over 10 years now.
Shipping Terms:
We usually ship once or twice a week. So your order may ship right away or it may take a week to mail it out to you. In the absolute longest case, it can take 14 days to get it out, but that is really unusual, often we ship on Monday or Tuesdays & Friday or Saturdays..
All Jewelry, Rocks and up to 2 Candles are shipped in a flat rate envelope or box, which reflects the USA only shipping for USPS Priority mail to be a flat rate of $5.25. If you wish to purchase more than one candle, or a very big rock the shipping will be altered above the $5.25 but 99% of the rocks and ALL the jewelry is $5.35 FLAT RATE shipping. That means, you can order as much jewelry & rocks as we can put in one of those small flat rate boxes (and we can fit a lot comfortably) for one flat fee! Many of the stones are the same, typically the stones that are over 9 ounces need a bigger box and their shipping fees are adjusted to reflect that.
Shipping outside the USA is $17.95 on most items and that covers shipping for all countries at the moment and is mailed Priority mail. If you live in Canada or Europe, email us and we can mail your item out for less shipping (it depends on the weight) but it will go first class. That only works if the items you want are 10 ounces or under.
Buyers are responsible for any sales tax and customers from outside the US are responsible for any customs charges.
PLEASE check your PayPal address for accuracy as it is the one we use for shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us before completing your purchase and we will get a cost quote and revised invoice for you. We package our pieces well and cannot be held responsible for what happens to the package once they are delivered to the postal service.
If your order is a gift and you would like it shipped to a different address, just let us know in the “Message to Seller” area. Include the recipient’s name and full address and any message you would like us to include on an enclosed gift card.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will accept items back for a full refund (minus shipping) if you are totally not happy with your purchase. We are rather descriptive in our ads so you know what you are buying, before you buy it. It is our job to make sure you are pleased with your purchase and we will work hard to make sure that is the case.
Our goal is to create a nice customer base and have you come back when you’re looking for something new or a present or just window shopping, so we will work diligently to make that happen!
